HOUSTON — Another round of storms brought 3 to 7 inches of rain to some parts of Southeast Texas Friday morning, leading to high-water spots on roadways and flooding in neighborhoods.
Multiple Flash Flood Warnings were issued for Harris, Fort Bend, Montgomery, Brazoria, and Galveston counties starting just after 5 a.m.

Flooding on Gulf Freeway
Drivers on the Gulf Freeway encounter one of the most notable high-water spots heading inbound near Holland. The freeway was down to one lane, bringing traffic to a crawl.

More flooding in Galveston County
Birdy Mendoza shared this look from a neighborhood in Bacliff. Galveston County spent most of Friday morning under a Flash Flood Warning.
Flooding along North Freeway
The other side of I-45 also saw some flooding from storms moving through during the morning rush hour.
The flooding led to some vehicles stalling out on the north side near Tidwell and the North Freeway.
