HOUSTON — Several southbound lanes of the Southwest Freeway near Newcastle Drive are back open Saturday morning after an accident blocked traffic for nearly four hours.
It cleared at 7:03 a.m.
Houston police had closed the left shoulder, left lane and three center lanes to investigate. Houston TranStar reported the accident at 3:05 a.m.
No details regarding the incident have been released, but according to Houston TranStar, it involved two vehicles.
