Houston Police confirm a fatal crash along the Katy Freeway early Friday was the result of a dispute between two drivers.
According to Houston TranStar, the crash occurred before 6 a.m. near Greenhouse.
Police tell KHOU 11 News the driver of a Saturn Vue got into some kind of altercation with a motorcyclist on a Harley. The two began changing lanes and positions until they collided in the eastbound frontage road.
The motorcyclist, a 26-year-old man, died at the scene.
The driver of the Saturn stayed and talked to police about the incident. He or she was questioned and released.
The frontage road remained shut down until about 10 a.m.
