HARRIS COUNTY, Texas — A crash in northeast Harris County is under investigation after a big rig was left hanging off the Eastex Freeway.
The crash was reported just after 7 a.m. Saturday on the southbound lanes of US-59 at Lauder Road in the East Aldine area.
Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said one person was taken to the hospital following the crash. Pictures of the crash posted by Gonzalez on social media showed the trailer flipped over onto the feeder road while the cabin remained hanging from a concrete barrier.
