HOUSTON — An overturned box truck and possible fuel spill has the 610 North Loop shut down near the North Freeway Thursday morning, according to Houston Transtar.
This happened just after 5 a.m. in the westbound lanes. Traffic is already backing up to the Hardy Toll Road.
KHOU 11 traffic expert Jennifer Reyna said drivers should use I-10 as an alternate route.
