Andre Johnson hosting Texans-Vikings watch party at Prospect Park

HOUSTON — Want to watch today’s Texans-Vikings game with a Hall-of-Famer?

Head out to Prospect Park on Fountain View, where Andre Johnson is hosting a watch party! Prospect Park is at 3100 Fountain View Drive.  Doors open at 11 a.m. The game, which will be broadcast on KHOU 11, will be on more than 40 HD TVs and three big LED screens there.

Johnson, who is among the newest inductees into the Pro Football Hall of Fame, will be right there with you to cheer the Texans on.

After the game, make sure to catch our live streaming coverage of the postgame news conference. We’ll stream it live on KHOU 11+ on Roku, FireTV and AppleTV.

As for the game, Houston and Minnesota are both 2-0 in the season. It’s a showdown featuring CJ Stroud under center for Houston and Sam Darnold for the Vikings, who has found a home as quarterback in Minnesota. Houston will be without starting running back Joe Mixon, who suffered an ankle injury in the win over Chicago last Sunday. They will also be without backup Dameon Pierce, who is injured.
