The Snapchat post included a picture of an empty classroom, according to Harris County prosecutors' motion for a high bond.

Prosecutors say Rincon told them that the threat was just a joke and was not real.

According to prosecutors, Rincon explained he got a traffic ticket on the way to class and then found out class was cancelled when he arrived. That is when he took the picture of the empty classroom and made the threat.

A judge set his bond at $50,000 Thursday morning after he was  initially denied bond on Wednesday.
