HOUSTON — The Powerball jackpot will rise again after no one won it in Monday night's drawing.

The numbers for Saturday's Powerball drawing were 5, 12, 20, 24, 29 and a Powerball of 4.

According to the Powerball website, the estimated jackpot now grows to an estimated $685 million for the Wednesday night drawing.

Nationwide, there were five tickets that matched five numbers but missed the Powerball, fetching a prize of $1 million. Two, which were sold in Colorado and Georgia, doubled it to $2 million with the Power Play. The other three which didn't have the Power Play, were sold in California, New Hampshire and Pennsylvania.

In Texas, there were no million dollar winners. Three tickets sold in Texas matched four of five numbers and the Powerball, which were worth $50,000. One of those tickets had the Power Play option, which was worth $100,000.  The Texas Lottery website doesn't indicate where in Texas it was sold.

The next Powerball drawing is Wednesday.  There’s also a Mega Millions drawing on Tuesday. That jackpot for Mega Millions is an estimated $73 million.

There was also a Lotto Texas drawing on Monday night. The numbers for that were 17, 18, 29, 30, 43 and 47.  No one won the big jackpot. That now jumps to an estimated $32.75 million.
