HOUSTON — It’s a terrifying scene that Houston police want you to see. Two women had their purses stolen in a restaurant parking lot. One of the victims was dragged and nearly run over.
It happened Monday in the Cooking Girl restaurant parking lot at 2400 West Holcombe. Several people were talking when a car pulled in.
One suspect wearing a ski mask jumped out and snatched one woman’s purse. A second suspect then jumped out and grabbed another woman’s purse.
That woman didn’t let go, and was thrown to the ground and dragged. She was nearly run over by the car before letting go of her purse.
The suspects took off westbound on West Holcombe.
Both suspects are described as black men between the ages of 20 and 30. One was wearing a ski mask.
