LEAGUE CITY, Texas — A woman was found dead on the side of a League City road on Thursday, forcing police to shut down FM 646 while they investigated.
The road was closed between South Shore Boulevard and Tuscan Lakes Boulevard.
The woman's identity hasn't been released and the circumstances surrounding her death are not clear.
Police said they would provide an update when the road reopens.
