RICHMOND — Texas EquuSearch is assisting a Richmond family with finding their missing loved one.
Jeremy Arceo, 21, routinely goes for a jog around 1 a.m. He did so Tuesday morning along Mellow Oaks Lane near Oyster Creek Elementary School.
But Arceo never returned home.
Law enforcement last pinged his phone to an area near Highway 6 and Huffmeister in Cypress.
Acreo is 5-feet, 7-inches tall and weighs about 195 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt and black pants and has a tattoo on his left chest.
