HOUSTON — Police are looking for a missing a Lubbock man who was last seen in July in Houston.
The Lubbock Police Department said 36-year-old Manuel Cerros was last known to be in Houston for a brief trip.
Police said Cerros is 5 feet 9 inches tall and 140 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a brown or blue polo shirt, blue jeans, grey shoes, and glasses.
