HOUSTON — Talk about the greatest Christmas present ever! A Katy resident is $2 million richer after hitting all five numbers in a Powerball drawing last month.
The winning ticket was bought at Timewise Food Store #295 along the Katy Freeway at Ernestes Road. The winner chose to remain anonymous.
The quick-pick ticket sold in Katy matched all five white balls -- 4-11-38-51-68 -- but not the red Power ball (1). The Power Play number was 5.

"Powerball Grand Prizes currently start at $20 million and roll until the jackpot is won. Players win the Grand Prize by matching five numbers from a field of 69 numbers and one Powerball number from a field of 26 numbers.
