We decided to test out the popular Qiaya Selfie Ring Light.
The light is compact, lightweight and has a built-in clip that attaches to your mobile device. It also comes in three levels of brightness.
We tested the 36 LED light on an iPhone 7.
It performed well in a dimly lit room!
The only issue we found was when we placed the ring around the lens. It created a cloudy lens flare effect. We resolved that by moving the light to another part of the phone.
The device also comes with a USB cord for the light’s rechargeable battery.
