HARRIS COUNTY, Texas — Human bones were found in a wooded area near the Katy Freeway in west Harris County, according to Sheriff Ed Gonzalez.
The bones were found in the 18300 block of the freeway, which is near Barker Cypress Road.
A medical examiner will identify the deceased and the cause of death.
An investigation is ongoing.
