HOUSTON — A new list of the most expensive homes sold in the Houston area is out. This one’s for November and features one home -- OK, several homes -- that would give anyone a case of sticker shock. Below are photos of the homes, along with listing prices, provided by the Houston Association of Realtors. No. 1 on the list of most expensive homes sold in the Houston area in November
The house with the biggest price tag is on Willowick in River Oaks. This one is a 15,033-square-foot home that had a listing price of $24,750,000.
No. 2 on the list of most expensive homes sold in the Houston area in November
There’s a big drop-off for the second most expensive house on the November list. That home, too, was in River Oaks. This one – a 9,270-square-foot home -- is on Inwood and was listed for $6,995,000.
No. 3 on the list of most expensive homes sold in the Houston area in November
We go to West University for home No.3 on the list. The 7,490-square-foot home on Belmont was listed at $4,995,000.
No. 4 on the list of most expensive homes sold in the Houston area in November
The Sunset Terrace subdivision had the No. 4 home on the list. That home is on Nottingham. It’s 6,328 square feet in size and was listed for $5,250,000.
No. 5 on the list of most expensive homes sold in the Houston area in November
It’s back to River Oaks for No. 5 on the list. The home on Olympia is 6,862 square feet and had a list price of $4,850,000.
No. 6 on the list of most expensive homes sold in the Houston area in November
The No. 6 house on the top 10 list is north of Houston in The Woodlands on S. Tranquil. It’s 10,582 square feet and was listed at $5,999,000.
No. 7 on the list of most expensive homes sold in the Houston area in November
For No. 7, it’s back to the West University/Southside area with an 8,176-square-foot home on Nottingham that had a listing price of $4,995,000.
No. 8 on the list of most expensive homes sold in the Houston area in November
No. 8 on the list is in River Oaks on Troon Road. That 6,382-square-foot home was listed at $4,500,000.
No. 9 on the list of most expensive homes sold in the Houston area in November
For No. 9, it’s back to the Woodlands and the 10,363-square-foot home on Netherfield Way. That home is listed at $4,495,000.
No. 10 on the list of most expensive homes sold in the Houston area in November
Rounding out the top 10 list is a home in the Galleria area. It’s a 3,444-square-foot home on San Felipe that was listed at $4,195,000.
