HARRIS COUNTY, Texas — The westbound lanes of SH-99 were shut down at Gosling Road on Friday afternoon due to a deadly crash.
Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said a motorcyclist died in the crash but didn't say if there were other vehicles involved.
The westbound lanes of the Grand Parkway were shut down and Gonzalez said traffic was backing up when he posted to X just after 3 p.m.
It's unclear what caused the crash or how long the toll road would be closed.
