HARRIS COUNTY, Texas — A person on a 4-wheeler was seriously injured in a hit-and-run crash on Saturday, according to Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez.
The crash happened on Penn Street in a neighborhood near Crosby.
According to Gonzalez, the person was on a 4-wheeler when they were hit by a vehicle. The person was ejected and the driver who hit them reportedly left the scene.
The victim was taken to an area hospital via Life Flight. The extent of their injuries is unknown.
Gonzalez didn't provide a description of the vehicle and the victim hasn't been identified.
