CROSBY, Texas - A man in a pick-up truck led police on a 15-minute chase Wednesday that ended when he crashed through a fence.
The chase began on Airline Drive and went along the North Loop to Highway 90 before the driver went off the road.
After the crash, the suspect struggled with officers before he was finally handcuffed.
