HOUSTON — Surveillance vdeo shows a woman walking with a man in southwest Houston minutes before she was shot to death Wednesday night.
The woman was found dead in the courtyard of an apartment complex on Concourse Drive, which is north of Bissonnet near Beltway 8, at around 11:40 p.m.
At this point, all we know about the woman is that she was 37 years old. We don’t know her identity.
