TEXAS CITY, Texas – The Texas City Police Department says officers worked with several other agencies to carry out an undercover prostitution sting that led to 13 arrests.
The arrests came Thursday and Friday with the help of the U.S. Marshal's Service, Chambers County Sheriff's Office, T.C.P.D. Code Enforcement and the League City Police Department.
Officers carried out an operation targeting street-level prostitution.
During the operation, undercover officers targeted both females engaging in prostitution and males soliciting prostitutes.
