HOUSTON — Two teens have been charged with killing a man inside a parking garage on Memorial last week.
Jace Weeks and Devyn Durham, both 19, are charged with murder in the shooting death of 31-year-old Sam James.
James told his girlfriend he was going to meet someone at the Domain West apartment complex parking garage on April 30. He was later found dead from a single gunshot wound.
Weeks turned himself in on Monday.
Durham was arrested Tuesday after a chase in Angelina County, south of Lufkin.
Durham lost control of his Honda, went off the road and crashed into a fence.
A 16-year old girl in the car was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries, KYTX reports.
Police say shots were fired during the chase but no one was hit.
Both suspects are from the small town of Huntington where the chase started.
