TOMBALL, Texas — A certified nursing assistant is charged with aggravated sexual assault following allegations he abused a partially paralyzed patient at an assisted living facility in Tomball.
The alleged assault happened as the suspect helped wash the patient in the shower earlier this month, according to a detective with the Tomball Police Department.
Mark Countryman is charged with aggravated sexual assault in the Jan. 17 incident at Lawrence Street Health Care Center.
The woman told police Countryman tried to kiss her, but she moved away. At that point, she was assaulted, the woman told police.
