HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – A 32-year-old man who triggered a SWAT scene overnight after threatening a Waller County deputy is now facing terroristic threat charges.
Harris County Sheriff's deputies say the suspect, a veteran, was upset over family problems, called 911 and threatened the deputy inside a jack in the box in northwest Harris County.
A flash bang device was used to get the suspect into custody.
Neither he nor the deputy was hurt.
