LA PORTE, Texas - La Porte Police are searching for a 23-year-old woman accused of assaulting her 76-year-old ex-boyfriend.
Police say last Wednesday, the man arrived at the La Porte Police Department to report he was assaulted by his ex-girlfriend identified as Jessica Leann Roth, 23.
Following an investigation, police contacted the Harris County District Attorney’s Office who accepted a felony charge of injury to the elderly against Roth.
Anyone with information on Roth’s whereabouts is asked to contact police.
