HOUSTON - When a woman purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note cell phone, she was surprised to find child pornography images on it from the previous owner.
Daniel Garcia, 20, had his phone stolen and it ended up in the hands of a woman who bought it from a Page Tel location.
When the woman turned the phone over the authorities, they were able to track down the original owner of the phone.
Garcia was arrested and charged with three counts of child pornography and one count of indecency with a child, according to police. His bail is set at $90,000.
