HOUSTON — Houston police are searching for a man who they said killed his ex-girlfriend earlier this month.
Oscar Daniel Vega Espinoza, 34, is facing charges of murder and tampering with evidence. As of Tuesday, he had not been taken into custody.
Nearly two weeks ago, on Aug. 17, the 30-year-old victim was found in Brays Bayou near Broadway Street. Investigators said she had been stabbed to death.
