SPRING, Texas — A man was arrested after Harris County Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman said he brought a gun to a waterpark and assaulted a deputy constable on Saturday.
Herman said this happened at Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Splashtown in Spring.
The suspect and a deputy constable were taken to a hospital. Herman called the man a "career criminal."
It's not clear why the man brought a gun to the water park or the extent of their injuries. Both the man and the deputy constable were released from the hospital and Herman said charges will be filed against the man.
