HOUSTON — Someone in Houston is starting off 2020 a millionaire after winning $1 million off a Texas Lottery scratch ticket.
The Stacks of Cash ticket was purchased at Quick Stuff at 7545 Park Place Boulevard in southeast Houston.
The Texas Lottery says the winning ticket is 12th of 15 top prizes worth $1 million to be claimed in the Stacks of Cash game. Overall odds of winning any prize in this game are 1 in 3.37, including break-even prizes, according to the Texas Lottery.
