The Finger Construction Company has been fined for last year’s scaffolding collapse in downtown Houston, according to the website for the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
The company is facing $6,300 in fines for alleged violations connected to the October 2015 collapse at 500 Crawford St. OSHA says the company failed to comply with general requirements and general safety and health provisions.

Additionally, there is still an investigation listed as “open” against Triple S Masonry connected to the same incident.
The incident sent six people to the hospital.
