HOUSTON — You can’t pull the wool over our eyes… The toughest competitors at The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo are actually the kids in the Mutton Bustin’ contest. There are two options for participation during the Rodeo; Mutton Bustin' in NRG Stadium or in The Junction. Mutton Bustin' inside NRG Stadium during the RODEOHOUSTON® performance requires advance registration for a chance to participate, while The Junction runs all day, and parents can register their child on the day they arrive.
REQUIREMENTS:
Contestants must be between the ages of 5 and 6.
Participants weight must not exceed 55 pounds.
