HOUSTON — As the holiday rush begins, grab your hot chocolate and curl up on the couch for all the feel-good holiday movies on Hallmark.
One of the movies airing this holiday season, "A Godwink Christmas: Meant For Love", was inspired by the story of Alice and Jack Totah. Their story was originally featured in the book "Godwink Christmas Stories" by Squire Rushnell and Louise DuArt. The book features nine true-life stories full of hope and encouragement.
The pair talked with Deborah Duncan about the new movie and explained that a "godwink" is a coincidence that isn't really a coincidence, it comes from a divine origin. "Godwinks" are God's way of communicating with you. The more you talk to him in prayer, the more he talks to you.
