Seven men were shot to death in a popular resort town in Mexico. They were shot inside a bar in Playa del Carmen on Sunday. State officials say the bar is in a low-income section of town, far from tourist areas. But should this latest shooting raise concerns for Americans ahead of the busy travel season?
