Arrests made in shooting death of Harris County Precinct 3 Deputy Constable Omar Ursin
Ahsim Taylor, Jr., 20, and Jayland Womack, 20, have both been charged with murder, according to Harris Co Sheriff Ed Gonzalez. Gonzalez says both were out on bond.
