Former Houston cop Gerald Goines in court on felony murder charges
Former Houston police officer Gerald Goines faced a judge Monday on two counts of felony murder in the no-knock raid deaths of Dennis Tuttle and Rhogena Nicholas. His former partner Steven Bryant also faced the judge.
