Widow of former Houston Mayor Bob Lanier testifies on behalf of Gerald Goines in ex-cop's murder trial
Elyse Lanier and Goines daughter testified in the sentencing phase of his trial. Relatives of his victims, Dennis Tuttle and Rhogena Nicholas, also took the stand.
