Election Results - Nov. 5, 2024
Voters head to the polls in the Nov. 5 elections to pick the next president of the United States. Former President Donald Trump and current Vice President Kamala Harris top the ballot. Incumbent Sen. Ted Cruz and Rep. Colin Allred go head-to-head for a seat in the U.S. Senate. There's a race for the U.S. House District 18 seat, which was formerly held by the late Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee. That race features Democrat and former Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner going up against Republican Lana Centonze. There's also a race to complete the rest of Rep. Jackson Lee's current term.
