HOUSTON — Hundreds of thousands of Houston area residents found themselves without power Friday morning following a destructive Thursday night storm.
That's why Comcast is offering a free resource help residents stay connected as communities continue to survey the damage.
Comcast has opened up all operational Xfinity WiFi hotspots in Greater Houston for residents to use free of charge.
The hotspots will help customers access internet service amid ongoing outages. In the meantime, Comcast crews are working to repair downed power lines.
