These restaurants are open across the Houston area Tuesday following Hurricane Beryl

Beryl left millions without power or cell service and widespread damage. If you need a place for a bite, here's a list.

HOUSTON — Hurricane Beryl slammed into the Houston area early Monday, leaving widespread damage, power outages, and issues with cell service for millions of people.

There were also issues with businesses, including restaurants. Many took on damage and power issues, but there are also many open to serve people across Houston. Many of the restaurants that are open below to serve first responders and the community were sent to KHOU 11. We also invite you to share the name of a restaurant you know is open so we can add it to the list. Email web@khou.com.

This list is for July 9. Hours may vary so call ahead.

Bread Zeppelin: 3235 Southwest Fwy., will be open from 11 a.m.- 9 p.m. today for in-store ordering only

Bungalow Downtown Dining: 407 Main St., will be open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Tuesday.

FRNDS Restaurant & Lounge: 2441 University Blvd, will be open from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. Tuesday.

K.A.M.P Houston: 6025 Westheimer Rd, will be open from noon to midnight Tuesday.

  • Lotus Veterans - 10092 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, 11 a.m. - 9 p.m.

Prospect Park 3100 Fountain View Dr., will be open from noon to 1 a.m. Wednesday.

Taste Kitchen and Bar: 420 Main Street in downtown Houston. It will remain open into the night.

The Locker Room Sports Bar & Grill: 4702 Ennis St in the Third Ward will be open midnight

The Savoy: 4402 Emancipation Avenue in Third Ward will be open from noon to 2 p.m. for anyone to come cool off or recharge devices. It's also offering first responders and frontline workers a free item from their Happy Hour menu. The restaurant will be open until midnight.

Tipsy Treats3839 Southwest Freeway, serving premium craft cocktails in to-go pouches and classic Southern dishes, will be open from 11 a.m.- 10 p.m.

The following Houston area Twin Peaks locations will also be open today:

  • Twin Peaks – Webster, 20931 Gulf Fwy, 11 a.m.- midnight.
  • Twin Peaks – Shenandoah, 18310 I-45, 11 a.m.- midnight.
  • Twin Peaks - Houston (Kirkwood), 11335 Katy Fwy, 11 a.m.- midnight

Whataburger: Some locations are open 24 hours. Drive-thru only. Check the website or app for a location near you.
