HOUSTON — There's severe weather across the Houston area today and many local schools are making adjustments to make sure students and staff remain safe.
Below is a list of schools and what they're doing as storms move through.
Aldine ISD: All after-school and extracurricular activities are canceled.
Coldspring-Oakhurdst ISD: Asked staff to go home when warnings started to be issued. Note: Students haven't returned from the break yet.
Cleveland ISD: Cleveland Middle School has canceled all after-school activities.
Houston ISD: HISD is canceling all after-school activities.
La Porte ISD: All after-school activities are canceled.
Lamar CISD: All after-school activities are canceled.
Lone Star College: The Cy-Fair campus closed for the day around 4 p.m.
