Temperatures will continue to drop over the next two hours. You will really notice the difference with our temperatures midday and this afternoon. Going from 98 yesterday to highs in the low 70s today. WOW! Keep the sweater handy. In direct sunlight 70s will feel nice- however- you may get cool with the ongoing north wind.
Not only will overnight temperatures drop, but daytime highs will actually turn cooler this time as well. Highs drop to the mid to low 70s.
Rain chances are slim at least for the next seven days. Although the weather has been pleasant, it has been dry for a bit too long. Moderate drought conditions are creeping in west of Houston in Liberty County. If dry weather remains, drought conditions will continue spreading.
We enjoy the 70s through Friday then slowly warm into the mid 80s for the next 7 days, which is still comfortable and seasonable for this time of year--enjoy!
