TOMBALL, Texas — A deadly crash closed all northbound lanes of FM 2978 at Hufsmith Road Thursday morning.
Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said the crash involved an 18-wheeler and another vehicle. One person was killed in the other vehicle, and three others were taken to a hospital. Their conditions were not immediately known.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
Commuters should avoid the area.
It’s unknown how long the road will be closed.
