HOUSTON — A major traffic issue along I-10 near downtown has cleared after a flatbed trailer overturned this morning.

It happened along I-10 westbound at Hogan. According to a tweet from Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez, the flatbed trailer carrying machinery flipped on its side, causing the traffic mess..
