The westbound lanes of the Katy Freeway are closed near downtown as crews work to clean up a full spill on the roadway.
This happened near Houston Street after a big rig ran over some metal debris and punctured its fuel tank.
The North Freeway ramps to the Katy Freeway have reopened after they were closed for a few hours.
