GALVESTON COUNTY, Texas — Texas Department of Transportation crews are scheduled to close the two right lanes of I-45 northbound in Galveston County between FM 518 and NASA Road 1 over the weekend.
The closure is scheduled to last from Saturday at 7 p.m. until Monday at 5 a.m.
TxDOT says a left lane will still be open, but expect heavy traffic and look for an alternate route if possible.
