HOUSTON — The Texas Department of Transportation was expected to close 610 North Loop westbound lanes at Eastex Freeway starting Friday night for roadwork, but the plan was changed due to weather.
The closure was scheduled to start at 9 p.m. Friday and last until 5 a.m. Monday. Now, it work won't happen because of weather.
There will still be construction on 610 West Loop southbound ramp to the Southwest Freeway heading south. That closure will begin at 5 a.m. Saturday to 5 a.m. Monday.
There will also be a closure on the Katy Freeway head inbound from Chimney Rock to the 610 West Loop from 5 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday.
There will be construction on Highway 225 heading westbound from Center Street to Preston. That closure will run from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday.
