PORTER, Texas — Traffic is slow on the Eastex Freeway in the Porter area due to a deadly crash involving an 18-wheeler Thursday afternoon, according to the Montgomery County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office.
According to Houston Transtar, this happened around noon in northbound lanes just before the Grand Parkway. The scene has since cleared but traffic is still slow.
Aerial views from Air 11 showed a burned-out cab of an 18-wheeler and another vehicle involved in the crash.
No other details were available.
