HOUSTON — An overturned 18-wheeler with a lost load was blocking outbound traffic on the I-10 East Freeway heading to the I-69 Eastex Freeway for most of the morning in downtown Houston, according to Houston Transtar.
According to Houston Transtar, this happened at 5:21 a.m. on the eastbound ramp and left drivers stuck behind the crash for hours. It finally reopened another noon.
