MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas – A Conroe ISD school bus packed with 58 kids was involved in an incident with another vehicle early Friday, district officials say.
Conroe ISD officials say the bus was transporting kids from Ford Elementary School when it collided with another vehicle while turning onto Rayford Road near Wildrose.
One child was taken to the hospital as a precaution. There were no other serious injuries
The crash briefly closed Rayford in both directions until the vehicles involved were moved to a nearby parking lot.
School district police and an ambulance are on the scene.
