HOUSTON — Three southbound lanes of Highway 59 at Highway 99 in Fort Bend County have reopened after a heavy truck lost its load.
The incident happened just before 3 p.m. Wednesday.
TxDOT said the closure was expected to last for 2 to 4 hours as crews cleaned up the debris. It was reopened just before 7 p.m. Wednesday.
